    If the player has "possession" and two feet, then we enter the magical theoretical world of "could they have made a football move?" And, oddly enough, that rule is better than the previous standard.

    I'd call that play about 60% a catch. He "had" it and then it settled on the ground while he fell. Rather see that called a catch than Jesse James' obvious, 99.9% of the crowd agrees its a "catch" get called incomplete.
