For their parts in this brawl Wednesday have been fined £20,000, Mansfield have been fined £3,000. Seems fair.

Forestieri has been banned for 3 matches and fined £25,000. Mellis, who performed the flying kick on Tom Lees, has been given a 3 match ban and fined £1,500. Seems fair.

In the last few days Mansfield had a big bust with Lincoln which required stewards to separate the two teams players and managers at full time. They are a thuggish club and hope they receive a proper fine this time.

    I do not exist.

I grew up in Mansfield. It’s a thuggish area to be honest, haha! (Parents still live there!)

Are the fines proportional to their financial / league status?

This Germany-France game is great. Both keepers with some world-class saves. We should lead by now though.

I’m assuming for the players it’s weeks wages each. The fine the clubs reviewed is particularly annoying as Forestieri was the only one who did anything wrong for us. They were 4 or 5 Mansfield players throwing punches.

Let's go Antonee. Tough gig tonight v Neymar, Douglas Costa and hopefully Richy off the bench.

Landon Donovan tweeted something about the USMNT game and EVERY reply is making fun of him for his whole Mexico debacle over the summer.

I'd expect nothing less from soccer twitter, haha. He's going to deal with this for the rest of his life.

Looked like his head hit the ground with some force after clashing with a Spanish players arm.

Saw it real time and it looked bad. You could see him flop down without really cushioning the fall. Just wasn't clear what had happened to cause it

Oh, so Pogba to Barcelona in January wasn’t just a joke rumor? It’s got actual legs?

A front six of Messi, Coutinho, Suarez, Rakitic, Pogba, and Busquets with Dembele as an option off the bench is tasty.
