Jose Mangin is really awkward but he is the nicest guy on the planet.

He runs the station xL Liquid on XM.

 

Tbh at first I thought it was the fake interview niceness that always irritates me, but by the end of the interview I realized it was genuine so it didn’t bother me as much lol... still kind of a weird interview but I’ve heard worse.

I still think it’s weird that me posting that I’m not as hyped as i wanna be and don’t know why Suddenly became this epic back and forth about album rollouts

 

I love how Jose pretended that the interview was in NYC, only to slip up later that they were actually taping in Costa Mesa, CA.

Honestly, I prefer "The Grey" (Acoustic).

Once again, I would give anything for an acoustic Greatest Hits record since their acoustic arrangements are markedly different from their original studio versions. Of course, you'd have light drums and additional instrumentation when needed, but at this point, they've gotta do something extravagant with their beautiful acoustic adaptations.

You're just proving my point. After 20 years of listening to the band and living in the same backyard, including some of the same churches, you'd think I'd know a few people with privileges. Again, no matter what I say on here, I get dunked for it. A track-by-track breakdown is just going to lead to the same. Also, I need a few more spins before I commit to a take. There was only time for one round which was highly rewarding.

The Grey – WRECKINBRIDGES! (Witha TEPPOW! not far behind)

We're part of a small fraction of people on this planet that are Thrice fans, and yet, some people still insist on treating their brethren like Trapt fans. Obviously, you're one of the few exceptions. However, even if the record was out, I still wouldn't post a track-by-track breakdown at this point. Why create a firing line for myself?

Here's what I'll continue to say: the record made me happy. It's Teppowerful.
