Almost certainly nothing tomorrow (I doubt they would announce on a Friday before a holiday weekend).
The aforementioned holiday means almost certainly nothing on Monday.

So next Tuesday at best. Juuuuust over a week before the festival.

They also have made no public indication or hints that anything is GOING to be announced, which they almost always do.

First wave was announced at what, 8pm? There's still time left in the day. Am I getting my hopes up? Not really but I'm not giving up on today yet. Would make sense to announce the second wave and daily lineups today and single day tix on sale tomorrow being it's friday. But who the hell knows anymore haha

there was an idea floated on reddit that the article from reader was set to auto-post and they mixed up am and pm. Might just be grasping at straws here, but maybe....That email went out around 8am CST.

 

I can attest to this being 100% accurate.

 

I mean, first wave dropped at 8 PM CST back in May so that's totally fair.

No just that I had the exact same theory as soon as it happened. Most publishing software used these days for any newsroom or site have two sections: one which you can have the live date/dead date/archive date and a second that can throw the article live or you can keep it pinned as "in progress". The latter is really useful if you are prepping a story that you know still has holes to fill. For example: if you know that Bauhaus is for sure the final headliner, you could write up all of that and place it "in progress" until the official full second wave announcement arrives.
