I think they HAVE to release the full lineup by EOB tomorrow. They need to give press at least two weeks to set up interviews and what not and with approvals obviously then would be the full list of artists performing and their contact info. I hate to assume but I would absolutely assume one of the media people would leak the missing acts, right?

Also: every fest tends to send out the press stuff two weeks prior to the fest. Even if the lineups are released earlier or later, it doesn't matter. It's .....like clockwork.

$10 is not bad for a festival. Have you been to Hollywood Casino Ampitheater? They rip you off.

Also if you are trying to keep a budget, just soak some tampy's in Vodka and your set.

 

Cobra is a great place, but All Rise's beer is mediocre as sin compared to some of the other spots in the city. They make a great burger tho.

I haven't been to Northerly Island since the BN/Modest Mouse show there, and that night they sold full bottles of wine for like $25. That was a much better deal to me then the insane beer prices.

 

FWIW, I got an e-mail about 20 minutes ago from Do312 about Riot Fest and a few other shows. It says:
"Did you know that Chicago's own Alkaline Trio has a new album coming out tomorrow? Did you know they're one of, like, a million awesome bands you can see at Riot Fest next month along with Atmosphere, Underoath, The Jesus Lizard and more? It's all true! Riot Fest is almost here!"

And it shows a picture with some of the headliners and major bands playing (no Bauhaus)

 

AKA one of the worst venues ever. if it wasn't for the reggies bus I would never be able to get out there.
