Alright today’s gotta be the day for something. I work in the service industry so it’s time for everyone to scramble for riot days off. Come on RF don’t fail meeee just give me the daily lineups

Honestly though, I hope something gets announced today. All I really want is the schedule so I can start making decisions on any conflicts.

 

I can only go Sunday so I just want single day tickets lol and confirmation that it isn't canceled.

 

There are a lot of people selling off their extra single day tickets that they got from the Ticketfly deal for cheap in the Facebook event, just a heads up for when they do announce day-by-day lineups.

 

I don't think that they would still be doing giveaways two weeks away from the fest if it was cancelled.

 

This. I like to plan my dayand listen to the bands that have a clash in my schedule or on my free time at the fest, so I dont miss anytjing

Well, it appears that the person on reddit was full of it.

I'm not super into Bauhaus but will probably watch them. I do think it is cool that this continues the streak of the Sunday headliner being a reunion though.

True, but in this instance I am of course talking about the person that works for Riot Fest but decided to wait until two days before to claim there is no third headliner and other nonsense that everyone on reddit instantly believed because of confirmation bias.

 

Same.. respect Bauhaus never my thing though, I'm guessing Alkaline Trio makes the most sense as playing before them (unless they play Friday)... I'm old and I gotta get up at 4 am Monday morning for my flight, I'm fine with leaving an hour early haha... I'll def still get my $99 worth

Well, if what @KindaFatMike and @Rusty_Shackleford both said is fully accurate... The wait may have been "We have them locked in; let's get the logistics to work this time." Which could have been the reason for the wait.

And this is a big enough deal to a certain group of people that the wait will be worth it. Exhibit A: The friend I'm going with is losing his god damn mind right now.

I wonder where Bauhaus would have been on the schedule last year? I'm assuming they would have played directly under NIN. Probably a better slot for them this year, anyway.

 

Yeah, as someone making the drive back to Michigan the same night, I very much appreciate this.

 

Maybe Peter Murphy finally got his visa issues cleared, and that's what took so long? He's had to postpone a San Francisco residency three times, if I remember correctly.

 

Totally unrelated but in a way I hope Danzig makes the 2nd wave only because that little man makes me laugh. Thank you Aqua Teen!

 

Last year MIA & Paramore played during the early part of Jawbreaker.

So two other stages are gonna have major bands on the other 2 stages (Incubus or Young the Giant in the Paramore spot) , they'll end a bit earlier than Bauhaus though.
