Shit, I forgot about Back To Hell. I'm surprised they never did it on Settle For Satin.

They did do it on Settle for Satin, Matt does the pre chorus.

You might also count small parts of This Could be Love and One Hundred Stories...

  3. I'll be doing a first listen of the album in about 5 minutes in the supporter forum. First listens are where I listen to an album and write up thoughts about it, answer questions, and talk about what I like and don't like.

They're exclusive to supporters but they're a lot of fun if you like knowing my thoughts on music.

Also Matt’s voice on GM helps make that album what it is. It just adds so much to the mood of that album.

They also share vocals on their cover of the Muppets song Movin' Right Along, that cover is kinda cool.

Theres so much diversity throughout this album. Seriously, theres something for everyone...fast trio, experimental trio, throwback trio, acoustic trio, shared vocals....Damn.

PS....Dan KILLS it on this album. Dude brought the energy.

  11. “Little Help” and “Worn So Thin” are my least favorites by a large margin. The rest is great.

Really? Man I just listened to Worn So Thin... I love these faster Dan songs. Very happy with this record on both vocalists.

  16. Really. I don’t like “Little Help” at all.

Tis a good thing the Trio has a wide variety of tunes.

I’m excited for this album. Because of that and since I’m still on a concert high from Friday I made a playlist of the setlist (minus DD) set up the speakers, and am blasting it as I clean the house.

"I can't believe" is probably my least favorite track... maybe tied with Goodbye Fire Island. Everything else is so ace for me.

First listen complete. I feel this album touches on every sound Trio has had through the years. No complaints at all. Early standouts for me are Sweet Vampires & Goodbye Fire Island. The latter in particular.

What a fuckin great record. Will agree that it’s their best since Crimson. Enjoyed every song to varying degrees.

After first listen, "Little Help" and "Krystalline" are the stand-outs for me. Sounds like Dan's been listening to a lot of Social D. (and I mean that in a good way!)
