Yes. Look, I can win this fight with Ticketfly and get a settlement and pocket the money. But what's that going to do? That's not who we are and it's the antithesis of Riot Fest. And people are really loyal to us more than some festivals and there's a certain ethos that follows us...

Rancid may not be full headliner status to most, but i certainly think they fit that roll much more than TBS would.

Seriously. I kept thinking the last few weeks that maybe they'll come out of the gates strong for the 2019 lineup but I've just lost hope for next year too. Oh well

 

Yeah none of this makes me want to buy the discounted ticket they’re offering for next year.

 

I already have mine but I might just give them to a friend or go to a day if it interests me enough.

Haha last year they made my friend apply her sunscreen to prove it was actually sunscreen and not a flask.

 

Similar thing happened to me last year! Some 18 year old security guard checked my pockets, took my sunscreen and squeezed a good amount out of the bottle to see if it was a flask. When I rolled my eyes and chuckled he barked back "This is a matter of national security!" GOOD TIMES

 

SAME! well, not apply it.. but they squeezed a bunch out, smelled, thought they were going to taste it too. OH and not to mention they were getting a little too touchy with us.

I also remember security pulling a couple that had a little one with them over to the side and having the cops come over to check their stuff. Going through diapers, smelling formula, etc, it looks pretty sad and embarrassing for the couple. I felt so bad.
