Jeff has wanted a HIAC match for years. This is probably his last chance. Joe/AJ should be inside HIAC, but I'm very okay with Jeff getting the match.

 

They could do 3 HIAC matches...they did it in 2016 and it worked. Jeff/Randy wouldnt need to go much more than 15mins. And I cant see Braun/Roman going more than 20mins, since their ambulance match didnt go that long.

Let AJ/Joe just be violent, while Jeff/Orton is a big spot, and Braun/Roman is break the cage chaos
