I haven’t torrented / illegally downloaded anything in like 5 years.

I’ll listen when it is released.

 

i pre ordered and have tix to their show here. ill absolutely listen.

 

I won't listen.

This has been a slow transition for me, I used to watch literally daily for album leaks and try and get them as soon as I could but over time I slowly faded out of this practice and now I never listen to leaks or illegally download anything.

 

I was the same as you. It is just as easy to wait and it builds up the excitement more as well. It is just not worth it.

 

As of a few years ago, I stopped listening to leaks as well as singles coming out in advance of the album. Been a game-changing move for me.

 

Yeah I feel like if you do listen to a leak, you should at least buy the album as well, even if you have a Spotify subscription or something.

Reason being, if you get tired of the album before it even comes out, it's just that many less plays the artist gets on Spotify. They already make so little off streaming as-is. It may be free to you in that case, but it isn't to them

 

Had not seen this variant until now.

 

I have no self control so I listen to leaks but then go buy the CD on release day

 

Interpunk is still a thing? Weird, haven't heard that name in probably a decade.

 

I have paid for the most expensive edition, so if it leaks I will definitely listen.

This guy is a podcaster who I believe had an interview with them although I dont know if said interview has been released.

 

Time to keep the hype train going.....this guy has done or is still doing lighting for thrice shows and is a part of the in exile fan page on fb (which is amazing by the way.)

I don't know about you guys, but I can still hear that dude saying the promotional stream stuff when I listen to a few songs from Beggars
