To be honest, I know he’s annoyed he didn’t get his defender but he bought both Bailly and Lindelof. Poor investment decisions in the past are haunting him now.

 

Jamie Vardy and Gary Cahill are stepping back from international football to let younger people have more of an opportunity. Both plays have said they're not shutting the door completely.

Vardy: "Gareth said that he felt I still had a lot to offer, and we've not shut the door completely. If the worst came to happen and everyone was injured, then obviously I wouldn't say no."
