Bed is/was a jam, all about that noodley guitar at the end. But we don't talk about that anymore really.

Disagree heavily, but I do understand that some people may find those albums dull as they are quite slow.

It definitely has some bangers that I’ve loved since 2001.

 

"Beggars" is kind of a boring song. It drags until Dustin starts getting really raspy in the 2nd (3rd?) verse and then the breakdown is meh. Nothing super interesting going on musically. Lyrics are good tho

Broadly agree and it's never sat right to me as a closer. I guess it's meant to feel lyrically momentous but the song itself doesn't work as an end point for me, despite the attempt at a big outro.
