New essay from Julien up, well worth the read. Julien should write a book, some of the words she uses are very sophisticated and I am very impressed.

I'd pay big money to sit next to Julien on an airplane and just talk about stuff.

That's what I've been trying to watch these past few days, just one set at a time due to lack of real free time. Yesterday I watched Phoebe's set, so far so good. I'll try to catch up with Julien's tonight.

I feel like I’m always seeing Julien playing with artists who are quite a bit more successful and popular than she is. It’s really cool. It’s like she has as many fans who are actively involved in the scene as she has normal fans.

 

New song is really great, I love the back and forth between the two of them.

 

For sure. Justin has always done a good job of bringing in smaller names (in comparison) to open for him. I'm not sure he had something to do with her being on this show but they're clearly pretty close.
