Pale Horses is my favorite but Ten Stories fights it some days, I love it so much. i also started loving them with ten stories. i listened to those two and brother sister last night and like half of it’s all crazy before i had to sleep. gonna go listen to foxes now

 

If the Untitled LP is post-apocalyptic, i wonder if the untitled EP could be viewed as a prelude to that — there’s a lot about the first week of August, and it seems like rapture-like events are happening in different parts of the country. Seems like it might be discussing the events that will lead up to the ground the LP will cover.

 

Yeah, if I ever write an album I’m calling it LSD Bible Camp, thanks @unbornwhiskey

I was looking through my Ten Stories deluxe and totally forgot about the signed poster. Fuck I love this band.

 

I said I was done buying vinyl for the year because we're in the middle of a bath remodel and I need to save for nursing school. Now I'm doing mental gymnastics trying to justify the deluxe because I have the TS and PH deluxe and this one looks sooo gorgeous. I just made a $110 profit by selling my Drake ticket (I'm not a scalper, just couldn't make it) so I think there is my justification haha.

 

i honestly adore my standard Pale Horses, that heavy duty packaging! I hope the standard of the ep/lp is the same weight

I’m not Siri but if I was I’d say yes for an EP of this length but not for an EP of 3/4 songs. A 7 song 27 minute EP like this is as long as some albums I own (The Chariot, I’m looking at you!)

I was going to do this until I read Rickie’s comment answering a question of whether the EP and LP overlap: “separate entities and vibes, this is chilling on a country porch music, LP is cliff diving music.”

I don’t know. I’ll decide after Christmas when I compile my list, haha!
