Here are passes to see this pretty early. You gotta register and all that first before you snag a pre-screening tho. I'm gonna try and see the Boston one next week

 

Saw this a few days ago. Thought it was pretty good. Not the best movie of the year or anything, but I hope it's a big success for reasons I shouldn't have to explain. Also, there was thankfully very brief amounts of Ken Jeong, which I was worried about

I really enjoyed the book. Looking forward to this.

 

unfortunately I probably won't be able to see this for a few weeks. Hope it does really well though

 

this was delightful. a very good rom com.

a full house as well which was nice to see.

there was a scene towards the end that I felt was super emotional yet most of the audience was laughing. weird!

 

Very much loved this.

Theater was surprisingly full for a 10:30 showing.

 

Constance and Henry were so cute together and every time he said dude I melted, Gemma Chan is also unbelievably pretty
I think this is the first rom com to have the gay best friend type played by a gay actor
(edit I forgot My Best Friend's Wedding), I liked how he was immediately friends with Awkwafina and using Material Girl in a makeover scene was perfect
I liked that there wasn't too much weird rom com mechanisms, like it was fairly straightforward even though it hit all the notes, but there weren't any weird lies or plots
it was weird when Nick used the word millennial derisively because he's like 30 he's a millennial too
I don't know if it was being a westerner but I didn't think the house porn scene when they show the house for the first time was that impressive, it's a 200 million house I was very hyped up
extremely rude to have Harry Shum Jr barely be in the movie and have him not dance at all

also the story of why Yellow is playing at the end is so beautiful How Coldplay’s “Yellow,” in Chinese, ended up on the “Crazy Rich Asians” soundtrack

 

Super good romantic comedy. Haven't seen one of this quality in a long time.

Definitely recommend.

 

I loved every second of this. Put Constance in everything please.

This was fantastic. The whole wedding ceremony was legit jaw dropping, so neat

 

Looks like there was a mid-credits scene that my pre-screening didn't give us. I might see it again

 

This was wonderful. So charming.

Between this and Ocean's 8, man, I love Awkwafina.

Seriously only a 6% drop? So impressive I literally had to Google that to see if it was a typo, lol. Dang. Good for them.
