Decided to preorder Mitski's new album because I feel like shit right now so why not, yay retail therapy.
Apparently I qualify for (another) Amazon Prime trial. Free shipping!
Prime streaming has HBO? Well, fuck.
I guess once the discount through Hulu ends I can pay for Prime monthly whenever I want to watch and/or buy shit.

I can’t watch movies with awkward social situations as I don’t do well with cringe. I heard there’s a lot of that in that film. I can’t make it through the Bridesmaids microphone scene and some episodes of the Office. I won’t last 30 minutes through this flick

Seeing Conan O'Brien languish on basic cable is so sad. With Letterman's retirement he should have been the top late night host. I wouldn't pretend to watch any of the shows regularly but Letterman and Conan would often have some of the best segments and interviews and I can't remember anything from Fallon worth seeing.

Watching Pretty Woman start to finish intentionally for the first time and just realized that King of Wishful Thinking isn’t an original NFG song. Whoops.......

Yeah, I’ve been trying to figure out how I even know it all afternoon. I never listened to any of the screen to stereo comps. The only thing I can think is that since Patrick Stump did backup vocals I must have downloaded it back in the day when I obsessively looked for anything he was connected to.

Maybe my favorite movie of the year, Minding the Gap, is on Hulu now. Wonderful doc.

  21. Finished The Leftovers. The Book of Nora was a great way to end a great season. I probably won't let go of what bothered me about the first two seasons, but I really like where each of the characters ended up. That's a really solid 28 episodes.

So I’m a few episodes into the new episodes of Bug Juice and it def feels a little underwhelming. The younger kids are alright, though it does lose some of that personal drama that comes with the young teens...but the show just doesn’t seem to be doing a good job on concentrating on the stories of the individual kids. Maybe I’m just misremembering how the old show did it, but this seems more like a commercial for summer camp than the original series did.
