Enjoyed "The Albatross" but "Dealer" bored me to death.

This is fantastic so far though. Maybe I need to revisit "Dealer". I think I only listened once or twice.

 

dealer takes me to a very specific moment in my life that makes it extremely, extremely hard to listen to but it’s one of my favorite albums of all time and means a lot to me

 

I'm not sure how I feel about some of the wackier bits on the record. The opening track and Gameshark are kind of off-putting on first listen.

 

Dealer is a phenomenal record and I will not stand for any Foxing slander on the day a new album drops.

 

Oh man.. Lich Prince rules.

 

I find a new layer to every song every time I listen. Trapped in Dillard's is climbing as a favorite now.

 

I'm getting some slight Arcade Fire vibes from this at times. Am I crazy?

the opening track gave me some opening daisy vibes for some reason.

 

though i agree, i'm not sure how i feel about some of the Portugal vibes they're channeling in Gameshark and others

 

Dealer is one of my favourite albums. It takes me to a place and a mood few other albums do. It's phenomenal.

Yeah. Then they changed it to behind the lyrics. Musicxmatch provided the lyrics for them but they broke off the partnership.

 

I feel like I can't truly appreciate this without headphones.

The beginning of Heartbeats is so damn good.

 

First listen was good but not mindblowing. That's usually how all great albums are for me the first time around though.

 

Linch Prince, Five Cups, and Slapstick (still so good) are the standouts to me thus far.

 

Man I'm excited to jam this whole thing on my new cars stereo later. All the singles sounded amazing on it. I can't wait to get lost in this record.

 

Grand Paradise is Fallout lol.

On my 5th listen, Five Cups is the GOAT

 

I had to drive back from Michigan early (4:30 CST) and listened to this the whole time. It was still dark and it was perfect.

 

And they said it wouldn’t be here until Monday

 

Oh my god I hope that means mine is waiting for me when I get home tonight!
