16th/17th. Safe with a scare. No real danger of hurting the midtable spots.

  3. I don’t think the new stadium will effect Spurs. They ended up doing just fine at a “new” stadium last season. If anything this stadium will make them feel more at home.

No new signings is certainly a bummer though. Obviously still a strong squad but a strong window could’ve potentially taken the team to the next level. Poch seems confident the team can progress without signings and I don’t necessarily disagree. But it’s extremely frustrating to see rivals making strides in the offseason while we sit tight and hope for the team chemistry and system to progress the team.

Supposedly talk of him going to China if Celtic don't progress. Hate when there's chat about this because it can be absolute crap but you know it will get blown out of proportion.

I'd be disappointed to see Bournemouth relegated. They've done so well but I also feel they might struggle this season. I've had a soft spot for Southampton too in recent years... until they appointed Mark Hughes who I really don't care for as a manager.
Yeah, I'm leaning more to this. They did well to keep Zaha but Loftus-Cheek ended up being big for him.
I don't understand why a manager of his calibre would go to China.

    hmmm

Well, I can think of at least one reason.

  7. Which club would you guys say are the best at each position group? Example, I say...

    GK: United
Defense: Spurs (City a close second)
    Midfield: City
Forwards: Liverpool (City a close second)

I love this more than life.

Tbf what ambitions? Walk the league and cup, and get knocked out in the CL group stages? there honestly isn't much the board can do, the best they can hope for is to one year sneak into the RO16 in the CL or get into the latter stages of the EL.

  10. Depending on how the new system is implemented I could see the 4-3-3 making Chelsea’s attack pretty scary.

    Hazard - Morata/Giroud - Wllian/Pedro

Especially with how good the midfield will be compared to last year. I think Morata will look much better with the support around him.

I can see this for sure. I’m pretty certain Barcelona is gonna go all in on the CL this year.

Juventus adding Bonucci and Ronaldo to their squad makes Serie A so boring. Curious how it will effect their UCL run considering how PSG’s league dominance does the same.

I'd imagine the ambitions of actually making us be competitive against top teams again. Celtic Park used to be a place people feared coming to. Now it's a laugh to win 5-0 or whatever. We're not the same we were and we accept that but we know we can do better. We are worth more than being the token 4th seed team in the champions league and should have ambitions to progress to Last 16 or if not, QFs at least of Europa. We have the pedigree but not the execution. His ambition is for us to consistently evolve as a team but we look to have hit a stagnating point in his reign.

He won't leave but it's coming close to the territory that's worrying.

i just think their recruitment has been fantastic this year, and tying down others to long terms deals is fantastic. I don’t see a major weak point in their team anymore and I think both them and Barca could win all competitions they are in if the new signings click.
