Haha I definitely like Saves The Day more, but I'd be kind of excited to do a Fall Out Boy cover. I'd try to turn one of their new poppy songs into an oldschool FOB song, or see how their new songs would sound stripped down to just being acoustic.

 

Haha I'm fine with either, I just really want Saves the Day to win more. I already have an idea for them.

Mike's guitar work is my favorite part of this recording. He added some more vocal parts and then took them off which I wish he had left his on there. We struggled to find a "summer" song and eventually settled on this one. I think it turned out ok. My vocals could have been better.

Love TBS and your collaboration on this jam. Great dual vocals and acoustic.

Wow dude. To hear how this came together was a cool story. The guitar is on point and I really dug the vocals.
5. bradsonemanband (Cootie Catcher) - Ocean Avenue (Yellowcard) 04:14
Got to love some yellow card they are just a summer band for sure. Cool to hear your stripped down take of this one.

This is my favorite jam on the whole record. Great Job! Love the breakdown and your delivery of the vocals.

Haven't listened to much Bruce aside from born in the USA.. Thanks for introducing me to this jam. Would be interested to hear @Thomas Nassiff take on the cover considering it's his favorite artist. Great cover dude.

Great job on this jam man! I only knew a few hit the lights songs and this one is pretty tight. Recording sounds great!

Background to my cover:

This was my first time playing every instrument myself, I'm usually only on Guitars and Piano, so even though I own a Bass and can play it if I need to, I don't usually so I'm very rusty and I am not a natural drummer, I had to get some help teaching me some parts of the song, so after the second chorus when the song changes in the original, I tried so hard to get it right but I kept on forgetting where the breaks were and so on were that I gave up on that in the end, and finished the song early. I'll probably keep practicing full band type stuff, but I'm far more comfortable behind a guitar or piano solely.
