Just Nate things

 

I’m guessing Nate wants his fight on the Conor card

 

Yeah Nate probably thought he’d be on the Conor card.

He definitely gets PPV points so that makes sense

 

They wanted that Conor/Khabib money lmao

Just make him and Nate the main event.

Test out Nates draw since the Conor fights

 

They need to put both fights on 229

 

I agree. At least to be safe.

Khabib has pulled out of fights before. Anything can happen. 229 will probably be pretty weak with that headlining and I don't think Tony is healthy yet to fight.

 

Either that or maybe they told both of them that neither Khabib or Conor were fighting so they would be more inclined to agree to fight each other on this card? I can’t tell but Nate acts like he was lied to or something.

Side note, what are the odds that GSP is fighting in the main event of the MSG card? I feel like there are endless exciting matches for him (without the belt) but I’m not sure what they would do. Seems like they almost have to do a title fight in that slot.

 

Dustin was taking the piss. It’s only Nate who’s annoyed.

I could maybe see them doing DJ vs TJ if both win tonight.

That gives them like three months or so assuming neither of them get injured.

Bummed for Torres since I’ve seen that guy fight many times over the years, but he’s won like 30+ straight up until tonight so he’ll definitely be back.

Cub landed some good shots but man he looked like he had to leap in to compensate for that reach disparity. I picked Moicano to win but I did not expect a jab to start the finish lol

Edit: also, ironic that the finish was reminiscent of Cowboy (Cub’s close training partner) over Barboza (Moicano’s close training partner).

It looked like maybe DJ kicked him in the knee or calf which dead-legged him. That’s the only way I’m seeing that he’s “healed” as time’s gone by. This fight is already so good.
