These two white People are whining about how uncomfortable and paranoid and lonely and etc. it is to work around people who aren’t just like you...and then at one part of the article the white dude and all his white co workers (he has white English speaking coworkers, his gf doesn’t) are sitting around mocking Spanish speakers and patting their Spanish speaking coworker who does a lot of interpreting between them and the Hispanic workers...and it’s just pure irony. You see the guy experience the same discomfort in real time that these white People in the article are complaining about and I...i just can’t.

 

Not a tech wizard, but I'd imagine all they need to do is tweak the algorithm so that it surfaces replies from people who engage similarly to you.

Realistically, removing thousands of bots wouldn't do much. Looks like President Trump currently has about 8.7% bots following him, which isn't that large of a number considering a 62.9MM follower count but still ~5MM bots. If you're not seeing them at work, it's probably not because they aren't there.
