Just caught my first, to my knowledge at least, 100% and it's... A Magmar. Which I guess ought to be pretty fearsome when gen 4 comes around so that's something.

 

random question. i've never cared enough to look. how do you guys measure IV?

 

With an app like Pokegenie.

 

With 100% it's simple, you just get an appraisal and if it's the best it can be with the highest stats being HP, Attack and Defence equally, it's 100%.

For the rest, use an app like PokeGenie.
