I'm assuming State Champs get added and that Alkaline Trio will play on Sunday

I wonder if Trio will do an aftershow Friday or Sunday but doesn't seem likely :(

 

If Matt doesn't mind playing two shows in a row, I can see them playing an aftershow on Friday

 

Didn’t State Champs play Riot Fest last year?

(with the obvious exception of GWAR, Andrew W.K., and Taking Back Sunday), is it common for a band to play two years in a row?

 

Not really but with the hype around State Champs and Riot's booking issues this year, wouldn't be surprised if they played.

 

Oh yeah I could totally imagine that.

I was thinking with that Senses Fail/Say anything coheadliner happening this fall, that those two would play, but then I realized that Say Anything played last year...

 

I hope so

It'd definitely be easier for him to do Blink -> Trio then double Trio

 

Torn on if State Champs will be there or not. It would make sense since they were just at Warped (if they really were waiting for warped to end so they could announce those bands), and being with blink, but it does seem unusual they would play 2 years in a row. Still, it wouldn't be unheard of.

Trio definitely seems like a Sunday lock. Alkaline wouldn't play before early evening, so I can't really see Matt doing a full set, turning around and doing another full set hours later. Then again, it's not really different than an aftershow.

I’m wondering if TDS and TEN are going to get added because Save Face tweeted they were missing a date of the TEN tour in order to do Riot Fest. Not saying it isn’t possible for them to get added, just an observation.

 

They're not playing a Chicago show on the tour and have the Saturday of Riot Fest off, perfectly routing through Chicago

I would be stunned if they didn't play

 

At this point I'm wondering if we don't get anything until next week so they can just put TBS on the lineup.

 

I doubt state champs with play they played warped and are coming back early 2019 for a headline tour for their new album

 

From First To Last is releasing new music with Skrillex, it would be cool if they get added

 

His name is actually sonny Moore and he was originally in from first to last before he became skrillex
