Big shout out to the UK Pop Punk scene for producing a lot of exciting young bands.

Trash Boat have an album out today that mixes fantastically with hardcore.
Boston Manor have an album out in September that mixes pop punk with emo and alt rock.
Creeper are consistently putting out gothic tinged operatic pop punk.
Neck Deep are the top straight up pop punk band about.
Woes have ENORMOUS potential for a band that have been about for like a year.

There's so many more too. We are absolutely at the forefront of the scene right now and I'm all about it.

 

I feel bad that I just cannot get into Creeper. Everyone seems to rave about them.

 

Love Trash Boat though. Last album was a certified banger.

 

They aren't for everyone but they are easily my favourite new band. Seen them countless times and they really put on spectacular live shows.

 

Yeah, fair enough. Maybe I should give them more of a chance, but I have a feeling it’s just not for me.

Really enjoying the new Trash Boat though. Just on my first listen now.

The radio signal was messed up so while All The Small Things was playing New Rules popped in from another station in the background, it was amazing

I am listening to a 2018 album by The Vines right now. Yesterday I listened to the recently-released acoustic version of Smash Mouth's 1998 classic Fush Yu Mang.

I don't know what year it is and I don't know if I'm enjoying myself and I don't know entirely what the point of this post is.
