Favorite Trio song: Cooking Wine

Favorite album is probably Good Mourning, but Goddamnit will always hold a special place in my heart.

FHTI is easily among my least favorites.

 

I’ve listened to this song about 10-15 times today and I still love it lol

 

Also missed the discussion on favorite trio songs, and I know it may be cliche but ‘Burn’.

I’ll also sometimes say We’ve Had Enough And Dethbed

 

Favorite trio song: Sadie

Favorite post-Crimson trio song: Fine

 

My overall favorite AK3 song is definitely Warbrain

I got new Alkaline Trio, 1975, and Death Cab on the same day. All different spectrums of my musical tastes and nice to share it with all of you on this fine Thursday.

 

It really should have been on Agony and Irony! That baptism line is a fucking all-timer hahaha

 

Favorite Trio song is definitely Calling All Skeletons and album is Agony & Irony. Also, all aboard the hype train.

 

I haven’t listened to A&I in such a long time. Gonna do that tomorrow. And then Crimson.

 

I listen to Crimson all the time. Probably my favorite release of theirs mainly because it flows together so well and a lot of my favorite tracks are from that record too.

 

Maybe I have to give them more of a chance. I love this new song, but I haven't gotten into their albums Not because I didn't like what I heard, but because I thought I was too late.

 

For some reason I consistently call him "Matt" when I talk about him with Blink and "Skiba" when I talk about him with Trio lol

 

Listened to A&I yesterday - I think it’s really, really underrated.

 

Just preordered. Hype!

If Maybe I'll Catch Fire is this album's closest relative, then the wait for its release just got even more difficult. MICF competes for my number 2 Trio record with From Here to Infirmary.

 

Listening Blackbird on repeat since yesterday's morning.Literally.Im terrible with this.I remember do the same thing with Warhol last time.There is just something so special about this band.No wonder that I got two A3 tattoos and Iam not done yet haha...still not getting how is he able write lyrics like this.Its like watching some movie....maybe Iam way too obsessed

 

i am a very casual Trio fan, I think I need to do a catalog binge on them soon, my fiance loves them. A&I is one of my go-to running/gym albums though.

not all of their albums are solid front to back, but they have great songs on each one. they're all worth a listen.
