This is so cool. Also bodes well for Star Wars stories we might get through the Disney streaming service that we wouldn't get otherwise.

 

Seriously. So fucking happy Dave gets to finish what he started for real. Also if they are trying to finish what he originally planned, REVAN was a part of that, so hell become canon.

It will be interesting to see if they keep the Cad Bane and Boba Fett arc they showed at a convention a year or so ago too

 

Fuck yes! I hope we get to see the showdown with Maul teased in the Ashoka book.

 

Although now that im thinking about it, they released 8 unfinished episodes, with 2 4-episode sagas-One on Utapau, and the other with the Bad Batch (which was the clip in the trailer). So if it is only 12 episodes I wonder if they'll just finish those (which already had the voices/music/soundeffects) and then just make another 4 episode arc?

Those unfinished ones weren't really THAT important. It seems like theyll keep the one with the Bad Batch so I wonder if they'll scratch the one on Utapau. Basically I feel like 4 episodes isnt enough to really bring the series to an end and conclude so many different arcs.

Edit: although now that I’m thinking about it those unfinished ones never had Ashoka, and this clip did. So I think they won’t just finish those 8 episodes but maybe just take place after those ones.

 

Guys I’m gonna be honest. I was gonna post it earlier that I hoped they revive it, but I didn’t because I didn’t want to be disappointed cuz no way in hell.

They probably won’t cover Dark Disciple either because it’s a book now even though it was supposed to be an 8 episode arc. I’m so excited. As if I wasn’t gonna get the Disney streaming service to watch all the classic animated movies over and over, they make sure they’ll be getting my money forever.

 

And the live action series too. Take my money

 

I haven’t read dark disciple yet so idk if Ventress dies or anything but I really hope she makes an appearance in these last 12 episodes. She was such a fun character.

 

God Ive watched it like 6 times and every time I get chills at the Ashoka moment

I’m really happy for the Clone Wars fans! Pretty exciting. Now we all will have to get that Disney streaming service . Also, just saw Hasbro has their panel tomorrow, yesss can’t wait to see what is revealed.

 

Holy shit! I was not expecting this. I am beyond excited.

 

Thinking about it more, I hope in addition to the Siege of Mandalore, we also get the Battle of Courasant and Grevious kidnapping the Chancellor. Those are really my two biggest wants out of these new episodes.

 

Wow hadn’t even thought of that considering the other Clone Wars series isn’t canon anymore. I don’t think it will be, but maybe.

 

Oh shit. I doubt we’ll get Order 66 stuff but I wonder if they’ll include how Rex, Wolf, and Gregor get their chips out. I think that could be a big possibility just kind of expanding on Fives’ mission.

 

What other Clone Wars series?

 

Based on the Ahsoka novel, I think that’s a must include.

Those all look amazing. Claudia Gray writing a young Obi-Wan and Qui-Gon book is what I never knew I wanted, but need right now.
