Im amazed at how quickly they ruined Roode. Figured he'd do great on the main roster. But losing to Dolph for the US title and then winning it after he vacated didnt help, and then losing the feud with Randy.

 

It's definitely too soon with McIntyre to tell but I can't see them screwing it up again for him.

 

Vince loves drew, we'll all probably hate him when he's the heel foil to Roman for like 5yrs straight

 

A reformed Shield vs. a reformed 3MB will eventually happen

 

Roode's theme ruined Roode. His character doesn't work as a face. But because everyone loved his theme and sang along and enjoys going "GLORIOUS" they decided to turn him face even though he has less personality as a face than Randy fucking Orton

2) I didn't know any of those before the call up.

Roode felt like a big deal though, the way he debuted, great music, crowd reaction and costume. Now he just feels like a boring speedo midcarder with a lame finisher.

Almas is really really boring in my opinion. You have a someone with a valet who does the talking feuding with someone who wears a mask and barely ever talks. I do not see any storyline here.

Jose feels like a joke gimmick, kinda like the fashion police. I can not imagine a serious push or anything.

McIntyre is great so far, I like his style of talking and looks.

Ember Moon is really fascinating. The entrance, the amazing finisher, etc. Although I am not sure she did a lot of promos so far.

The Iiconics are annoying heels, but I guess that's what they are supposed to be. It is the good type of annoying (kayfabe) compared to stephanie's real annoying.

With Sanity I am not sure yet. They seem like they have roughly the same gimmick and looks going on as Bludgeon Bros.

That's my opinion on these characters.

Almas hasn't done anything on the main yet, but when this dude gets going he's going to be the top act in the company. I loved his title run and he was legit putting on the best matches in the company when he was getting close to the top and on top. If you haven't watched any of his run watch his match with Drew, all of his Gargano matches, there's a match with Fabian Aichner that's really good, and the match with Black. I think you'll go from "who is this guy" to "why the fuck isn't this guy the world champion already"

 

It's also worth searching for his pre WWE work when he wrestled as La Sombra.

He had some really great matches in New Japan and CMLL

 

Almas being boring and Sanity feeling like the Bludgeon Bros both make me sad, but other than that these are all pretty fair. Glad Ember and Drew haven't been ruined yet.

I can definitely see how Sanity without Nikki Cross (Their 4th, female, member in NXT who added an extra streak of crazy to the stable) doesn't feel the same.

 

Out of all the people to complain about being in a multi tier qualifying match scenario... rollins? The guy who was ic champ for most of the year and is coming off a dirty loss?

 

I'm going to my first taped Raw in almost 20 years next week...and it will be headlined by Roman/Lashley. And prob no KO?

 

Wrestling friend who gets me free lower bowl tickets all the time offered me raw after summerslam and I almost considered passing.

Carmella vs whoever they decide to make lose to her

I tell @samoanowens this all the time, but my first show ever was a NXT house show in 2016 mostly due to the fact that I’m young and nobody in NC wanted to go to shows with me. But at that show, the best match of the night was Austin Aries vs a yet to debut Manny Andrade. I had never seen La Sombra matches, but I had heard of him for a while and wooooow I was absolutely blown away. I’ve been an Andrade mark ever since and he should absolutely become WWE champ rn in my opinion
