oh i didnt even see chevelle listed they're undeniably the best band on the list with a shit load of great albums and not just the odd single here and there like most of those bands. extremely great band with really great artistry and songcraft.

 

apparently cock rock has a completely different meaning and is more like bands who rip off the 70s. like jet or wolfmother or some horrible shit like that. still radio rock but kind of different.

 

Chevelle is number 1 for sure. BB has a lot of good songs too, but only from their first 3 albums. Right @Bad Frequencies ?

 

nickelback low key has some extremely great singles. "how you remind me" might be a better song than anything any other band has listed and i like at least a song or two from some of those bands so that's not an insult.

 

can we take this to its logical conclusion and debate the merits of nu metal because im locked and loaded with facts and logic to argue nu metal is a great genre of music

Iowa is a good album.

 

To be fair, I don’t hate all of those bands but in what world is Anberlin even sort of in the same category?? Someone only listened to FGD.

 

This is underrated.

Same album but this is my fav song by them. Such an underrated track.

And that interview someone posted today mentioned a video for The Grey. Did that happen? This thread blew up and I feel like I’ve not seen a video.

Whenever I think of The Grey I think of the Comedy Bang Bang 7 minute-supercut of the Borat voice "my wife" where one of the guests does that intonation for the movie "The Grey".

That is all.
