The Story So Far just didn't really give any energy. Parker pretended to be Liam Gallagher; had the shades, tambourine and hands behind his back while he arched toward the microphone. Plus the way he sings is really difficult for him to replicate live.

Ha. I understand they are playing bigger venues then normal and are the opening band but Parker just stood there and barley moved at all and barley interacted with the crowd. The rest of the band barely moved as well. They just looked miserable

TSSF only works well in small venues when the whole crowd knows every word

It’s not to say I didn’t enjoy TSSF because I like their records and I think they have a cool sound, but live they are nothing special. At least not on this tour.

I thought Taking Back Sunday was wonderful. I’d only seen them once before in 2015 at House of Blues Orlando; they were perfect for Daily’s Place in Jacksonville. Since we’re talking about lifeless-looking performers...it is always funny to watch John Nolan play songs like What’s It Feel Like to Be a Ghost, Liar, MakeDamnSure, anything written without him and Shaun. Nathan had a much larger presence on stage obviously now that Eddie is gone. Thought setlist was perfect for the co-headliner.

I didn’t stay for Coheed because unfortunately I had a homework assignment due at 11:59 last night.

    Things have changed.

Blink has TERRIBLE stage presence. Skiba is bolted to the floor and Hoppus has like one move.

Maybe in certain venues, Daily’s Place holds 5,500 and it was mostly filled up by the time TBS started playing

If I’m remembering correctly that venue is like 20,000 where as most venues on this tour have been 5,000-10,000 so that makes sense. Especially because they’re hitting up philly and Brooklyn in this tour so there’s not going to be many traveling to jersey and there’s not many venue options in the capacity range they were going for. Basically I guess that makes sense

Considered going for the deal but realized i had another show that day and I’m seeing tbs doing a individual headliner in Utica anyway

The Irvine date is at a 12,000 capacity venue, which blows me away that both those bands are playing a venue that big. But considering the fact that it’s the only SoCal date of the tour, it’ll fill up. I think...
