real talk, never listened to REM. wouldn't know them if I heard them

tho I probably have heard them and didn't know it

 

REM is amazing and half a world away is one of the best songs of all time

 

they have a legitimate claim to being the best American rock band of all time

their first 10 albums all range from quite good to masterpiece

incredible band imo
