    Things have changed.

I think everyone can probably guess their set at this point

Watching videos TBS is tagged in on instagram suggests absolutely nothing has changed in terms of setlists

What would you expect from them? I’ve been seeming them regularly for 11 years now and the setlists have never drastically changed. Minor subs here and there when new albums come out but other wise they do what seems to work for them. Not saying I would be mad if they overhauled the setlist from time to time but that’ll probably never happen. Essp. on a co-headliner. They aren’t the best live band ever but every time I see them it’s a blast when everyone’s singing every word at the top of their lungs. Lol.

    The intrusive whisper fascinates me

Playing a hits-filled setlist from both bands makes the most sense

Even though both bands came from the same scene/era of post hardcore/emo, both bands have completely different fanbases. So playing hits is sort of a way to introduce their music to non-fans that might be there to see the other band

It's a summer tour. Most people are there to have fun and drunkenly sing along with their friends. If you aren't a die hard, you aren't gonna want to hear deep cuts from either band.

I haven't seen TBS since 2009 yet I feel like their setlists have barely changed since then.

    Notes from tonight.
The Story So Far seemed like they were so bored.
Taking Back Sunday was so fun and I enjoyed every second of their set. Just wish they played more off Where You Want To Be and Tidle Wave but it was a co headliner so being that it was pretty much a perfect set.
Coheed was good but I’m not into them really but the crowd seemed super into it but I left early.
TBS played for 70 min I’m guessing Coheed did too.
They also closed off the lawn which I have never seen but other then that it was packed.

I don't care about any new coheed so maybe I should go to this after all. That set is all songs I still have in my library.

Kind of odd for them to sub out one of their two new ones

I know they're opening but I really wish TSSF would add another song from USAD to their setlists. My Diablo, Swords and Pens, Four Years, or Closure would all be a great addition. Could definitely do without Daughters.

I love the Story So Far and I’ve seen them 4 or 5 times I’ve enjoyed them every time but last night they just seemed so not into it and it was hard to watch.
