The biggest problem here when it's that hot is that it's also like 100% humidity so being outside is like breathing in hot soup.

You don’t get to tell me what is and isn’t hot. Only I can do that. And 88+ is beyond very warm and into hot territory. It’s not unmanageable but it’s hot

Austin is not too bad with humidity so I'm lucky there. we do have weeks where it's like 90% humidity with 95degree heat and it's the worst time.

houston is much worse.

el paso has no humidity, but it does get up to 110 a few days a year usually.
