You're aware of the Clintons' issues with unions right? And Hillary's service as a board member at Wal-Mart, during the heights of their anti-union campaigns?

Although for the millionth time nobody said there was no difference between Hillary and Trump, maybe rub our noses in an issue she actually would have made a difference on. There are plenty of them.

 

Isn't that like, not what the ruling was about at all? Like the dues were for union operations / bargaining. Political donations already only came from actual union members, right?

Yes, union dues cannot legally be used to support political candidates. I opted into an extra 5-10 dollars for the political wing of my union

I feel like the positive change is coming but what if it takes 3 election cycles to get there? I’m no way confident we aren’t getting Trump in 2020 at this point

 

Any democrat running should be saying Medicare for all in every sentence that comes out of their mouth. I want to be sick of hearing it so much.
