I’ve kind of just given up at this point. All checks and balances are gone, the Democrats will shoot themselves in the foot at the midterms. And even if they do win (and with Trumps approval rating at new heights, the economy doing well, and the “the right is under attack” narrative, that is looking unlikely) nothing will come of it. Any efforts to undo any of this in 2019 and 2020 will be labeled an obstructionist liberal agenda.

The media needs Trump and will never change how they cover him so he will easily win in 2020.

This is the new reality and that’s that.

 

list of people I'm angry about (in no real order. I'm just angry)

1) Republican establishment. Who stole a fucking supreme court seat

2) Dem establishment. Who really didn't push the Garland thing, because they smugly thought "Oh well we're just gonna win in November so it isn't worth the fight"

3) Trump. Obviously

4) All the fuckers who voted for Trump. Or didn't vote because somehow they thought Hillary was gonna be as bad as Trump

5) Those five fucking justices

 

I was angry after Trump got elected but I think the dread I feel recently is worse, just seems like things have gotten so bad and there’s no hope left. The narrative being pushed for whatever reason heavily favors Trump

 

I think the powers-that-be sense that he isn’t going away. Support is going up. Kicking him while he was down was easy but now that it looks like people like him they have to appeal to that.

I think to some extent the GOP establishment is probably warming towards Trump because they can do evil shit, or support his evil shit, and be like that guy is vulgar don't look at us look at him
