according to this website it's not on the menu but some locations do have a veggie burger.

I tried to eat vegetarian at Whataburger once. Pretty much all they had was grilled cheese, fries, and onion rings

my wife sometimes gets meatless burger just the veggies and cheese takes it home and puts a boca or morningstar burger on it. we've even brought them with us before precooked to do that with. we come prepared.

I just think the fanfare Whataburger gets is unearned tbh. Why aren't there more side options? Why is the grilled cheese better at Sonic? Why are the shakes better at Sonic? Why is Whataburger 100% a worse restaurant than Sonic???

burgers are better at W
grilled cheese is way better at W (sonic barely even cooks theirs)
shakes better at W

they have fries and rings. that's more than the average burger place has for sides.

sonic fries are inedible.

I know that it's better for you so we're raising our kids that way because we want them to be healthier than we are/were.

 

yeah sonics shakes are ok, I'd get a creamslush from their though instead of a shake due to 1. creamslushes are delicious 2. their shakes are most of the time too frozen.

 

Doesn't Whataburger only have strawberry, vanilla, and chocolate shakes?

My grilled cheese at Whataburger was burnt. I've had their chicken tender sandwiches and those were terrible and overbattered. Burgers are good.
