That release doesn’t mention the policy of separating of migrant children, as Acosta implies, but rather accuses Democrats of supporting open borders, which results in migrants killing people.

Those victims are then “permanently separated” from their families.

It’s actualy much more sinister than Acosta is making it out to be. Lol.

In grad school I worked at a policy institute and was helping them research about a project they were working on about children of incarcerated parents. Even if a kid witnesses seeing a parent being arrested by the police and driven away has long-term negative effects (mental health, behavior, poor school performance)
