I looked and haven’t seen any in the cases. Up until recently I didn’t buy many movies.

Yeah I usually prefer not doing anything. But my wife’s sister and family will be in town, and her husband made an itinerary of everything we’re doing that day. Including going on hike along the river, eating lunch at some brew/pub in the mountains, he made dinner reservations at some fancy Mexican restaurant. Seems kinda weird to plan a whole day for yourself, but whatever.

 

I'm sorry I didn't mean to alarm anyone! I'm okay; I only had to get bloodwork done.

The programming just struck me as weirdly/depressingly funny. I'm there somewhat regularly, so I try to find the humor in things to keep me from getting down.

 

my father in law decides every year that fathers day is about him so he's coming into town on sunday and taking us to a water park.

I don't want to do that, he's paying for everything so whatever. I'm just bitter because my daughter is 4 and I haven't had a fathers day to myself yet, my first fathers day he made us drive to san marcos to eat dinner with him when he could have easily driven the extra hour north to meet us.

anyway, hopefully after the water park they will leave and kids will either take a nap or rest on the couch with a movie.

 

Resting on the couch watching movies sounds like the perfect Father’s Day tbh.
