My point is, Waterparks are young dudes. I think they'll relax with time. The songwriting is already on point.

 

Neck Deep once put “kill me plz” on a shirt which was #edgy but I think they realized it was a bad move cause they only sold it at like 2 shows

 

There are some things bands just shouldn't put on merch

 

Tried getting my (Army) recruiting station to let me set up a booth for the Foxborough show... they aren't feeling it.

 

Waterparks annoyance can be summed up by their lead singer’s tweets.

The eat ass merch doesn’t help their case either.

 

I didn’t mind Waterparks until I saw Awsten’s twitter

 

It's very easy to listen to a band and not go on their social media, though.

To say "I don't like this band because the singer's Twitter is annoying" seems like some crazy mental gymnastics.

 

Looks like With Confidence are pushing a new record this tour. New song is good.

I wrote basically all I know about that situation in the album thread, in case you care.

Short answer, yes, but he's not a pedophille. Nothing sexual happened, and according to him once he learned her age they stayed platonic friends, and eventually he cut things off with her.

If anything, it was boarderline emotionally abusive, but I doubt the situation could've been handled better.

If you want to not support WithCon that's a totally fair and understandable call, but the fact is Jayden Seeley is not a pedophille and I highly doubt he was being emotionally manipulative (The band had like, 1 EP out, how does that 'power' go to your head?)

 

Is anyone actually going to the first date of the tour? Usually the tour hits Seattle/Portland and we're able to get stage/merch pics.

Also Kevin Lyman flew out to Denver for a Battle of the Bands thing to send 2 bands to the Full Sail Stage for Warped, he wound up just letting all 5 play the show.

I want to support the hell out of this band. I love their message and their sound.

Really want the Sam Jackson and pink shirts. Hope I can catch them at least once over the two dates I'm doing.

 

I wanna catch them but I just saw them a few months ago with Anti Flag so they’re lower on my priority list. But they’re amazing live, don’t miss out if you’re debating it!
