To think we were ONE YEAR AWAY from an Enema anniversary

Either way I don't know if I'd want to see a whole album performed by Blink with Skiba. So many of the songs wouldn't sound right

But maybe Riot Fest's big pull this year is a Tom + Blink reunion lol

Well, with Jerry Lee Lewis and Moose Blood on the lineup, I’m imagining the ????? band is Brand New

Face to Face announced a show on 9/14 at Cobra Lounge on their acoustic tour along with a show in Pittsburgh on the 16th, so looks like they are slated for a Saturday set.

With them squeezing their Riot Fest date into their acoustic tour, it makes me wonder if their set at Riot will be normal or acoustic

Would 100% be full band if they did it

  10. Maybe they got As I Lay Dying on Riot as well

Probably a dumb question, but when does the day by day get announced/go on sale?

After wave 2 and everything else they announce

That’s the schedule. The daily lineup comes out in the summer, usually end of June-ish. This year is kind of hard to guess since everything was so late to start.

Their roll out this year sucks and is way off

I’m gonna assume early July for second wave, maybe albums at the end of June. Mid July for daily lineups and then August we’ll get aftershows/schedules

Not a ton of Riot Fest bands but a few to rule out:

Guess this means K.Flay's playing Friday since she's probably going to play that on Sunday.

Ghost is definitely out. Big fall tour with an early November Chicago date.

Liz Phair and Speedy Ortiz are both playing Friday. The two are touring together, playing Minneapolis on Saturday and have a show in Seattle on Monday, so they're probably flying on Sunday.

Are tickets selling well? Still at the $159 price point.

I think the ticketfly mess probably hurt some sales, but I’m sure the lineup isn’t helping. I think this is the longest it’s been at the first tier since I started paying attention in 2013.

I think the lineup is great, I just want to wait to try and find someone that wants to sell a festival pass for cheap. It happened for me last year, and I want to try again.

Yeah for me it’s just not viable to go for three days. If there is a stacked day then I’ll probably go for a day, but logistically it’s not easy to swing a three day fest in September.

are we still lucky to be here? Prestigious

I dig a lot of the lineup, but I can realistically only make it to one or two days as a local. I'm waiting for the day lineups to choose because that determines whether or not I need to ask off from work. I'll definitely hit up an aftershow or two though...depending on the lineups. Nothing will ever probably top the Dillinger Escape Plan aftershow at Cobra for me sadly. :/ That was a transcendent night.
