i feel like every where i look it's love for phoebe -- and I really love her record -- but I feel like julien baker put out a superior album. In my opinion, at least.

some venues are worse than others for parking emo's is the worst one I've been based on parking situation, mainly because it's not near 6th street so there's not really any lots or garages.

I'd much rather go to stubbs, although stubbs outdoors at 8pm it's still like 92 degrees outside which is bad.

 

They're both great. SITA is one of my favorite albums though

 

I love both records equally. Phoebe is a much easier listen tho

 

The Phoebe record lacks a vocal dynamic that I want from that style of music. It's all fairly monotone for me, which has caused me to not want to put it on. I can't point to one moment where her vocal performance makes me go "that's what I love about this song," and that's important for me.

 

I still haven't listened to the Phoebe and Julian albums too much damn music

Liked the vibe of Snail Mail but couldn't understand a word haha
