not that i've seen a lot of Durant over the years (don't watch a lot of basketball, almost none) but he doesn't seem to have a killer instinct. Westbrook? Yes. definitely. KD? i don't see it or get the impression he does. a lot like Chris Paul. nice guys, super talented, but lacking something.

 

Credit to Iggy for some key defensive plays in those final minutes.

 

Especially when you're franchise leader is as soft as Kevin Durant

I can't think of a single player with more of a killer and competitive instinct than Chris Paul.

 

He has it in the regular season, he just always comes up short in the playoffs/when it matters.
