Seems like just yesterday we were all huddled around trying to figure out who was gonna be on the lineup...

I usually get excited when bands bring shirts with tour dates out for Warped, but that Waterparks one is so lame lol

Waterparks is really leaning into the whole being super annoying image, huh?

Yeah, I just don't get the hype for Waterparks. It seems they are on the top of everyones Warped list.

 

I'm gonna get hate for this but they're essentially this era of pop-punk's Fall Out Boy.

They're arguably more pop than punk, painfully polished, incredibly polarizing, and have an equally divisive but undeniably talented lyricist, but they write super fun accessible songs, are masters at branding, attract unbearable fangirls but are clearly ahead of the pack both musically and commercially when compared to their fellow "scene" bands.

 

man i really hope 3oh3 has a sick shirt with tour dates. that's the best way to commemorate the end of the tour.

 

Waterparks rules. I don't think they're more annoying than any of the scene pop bands from a decade ago. I think a lot of people just grew out of that and don't realize it.

I've said it before, but people who are huge fans of bands like All Time Low, but call Waterparks annoying and immature are suffering from a bad case of Old Man Syndrome.

 

Respectfully, if All Time Low put "eat ass" on a shirt, I'd say they're annoying too.
