chances are that you've eaten undercooked chicken before and were fine. it's not like you had a whole plate of it, you just had a bite. I think you'll be fine.

chicken is tricky. When I used to grill I would get the ouside super well done, take it off the grill, and when I'd cut or bite in it was still really pink inside.
