I’ve been good, just far busier than I’ve anticipated haha. I feel like I’m constantly doing something or other. Life is a catch 22 cause all I want are days to do nothing but when I get them I feel like a total piece of shit so I try and do something. It’s been good going back to the gym, but I hate how out of shape I am now. Lost all progress lol

 

Going to a gym is something that I need to get into. I even have a personal trainer at when that can be used for free whenever, I just don't. I'm lazy

To be fair, you have kids. I mean, I know people have kids and still work out lol, but it seems challenging to me
