I loved when USA Today interviewed Prince and he played them a song then told them it would never be released because it was so good that the world wouldn’t be able to handle it.

I'm hearing all about how Kanye is freaking out about the album topping charts but like.....did he really not expect it to do that no matter what? Like sure be grateful and thankful and all of that but come on Kanye you know who you are.

I really like ye but I have a feeling KSG is gonna be my personal favorite of the 5 albums

 

I feel like that album art is probably going to be wasted on a bad album.

I don’t like playing the game of “if i were to do this, would i be able to do it as well?” Im not a musician. And I definitely dont have the legacy or experience kanye does. Ill never be in the situation where ill need to craft an album in two days.

With that said, i have been in situations when im up against a deadline and i’ve needed to submit a creative project, and without fail, turning it in before it it was ready yielded mediocre results. On the other end of the spectrum, ive extended deadlines and provided a much worthier product. This is no different in my opinion

Still haven’t listened to ye. Everyone on Friday seemed p adamant there was no redeeming quality. Maybe this album could be good?
