Papa Roach/OM&M date popped up in Richmond on October 5th.

 

Actually, I hear they are doing more This Is Exile shows Nov/Dec, not with FFAK though.

 

I stand corrected, and I'm not upset. Catching them on my birthday this month here in NC; wouldn't mind seeing them again later in the year.

My buddy just texted me about a date that popped up for a fall headliner with Trivium, Avatar & Light The Torch!

 

Just read the stereogum article on the new album. Doesn’t look like Nick Bassett is in the band anymore, wasn’t he the problematic member?

 

yeah but the band never spoke out against him and continued to defend him. plus i have an issue with a band of cismen profiting off sales of an LGBT themed shirt

They did profit off of the shirts and the LP reissue but it’s not really fair to make that statement without highlighting the fact they partnered with two charities for the LGBT album reissue (same with the shirts I’m pretty sure) and donated at least some of the profit. They also did the same thing for breast cancer awareness month when they reissued the same record

 

i don't feel that they should profit off of that imagery at all. personal opinion there

 

They shouldn’t. I agree. But they aren’t the first band to do it and certainly won’t be the last.
