It’s gotta be UO

 

BFMV is already doing a pretty extensive fall headliner, you basically already covered why BMTH and In Flames wouldn't happen, that Emmure album is probably their least popular and I doubt Frankie wants to play anything from it, Norma Jean headliner a smaller venue here in Portland than Fit For A King did on their co-headliner with In Hearts Wake so I doubt it, highly doubt ATR, I don't think Haste the Day does extensive touring much anymore.

 

But what other band doing a 10 year could they co-headliner with?

 

Escape the Fate's This War Is Ours, they are definitely doing it stateside. Craig Mabbitt already talked it, and they just did it in Australia all dates sold out

That being said though, ETF's new stuff is more pop punk than metal/screamo so I don't know if the pairing makes sense. But Craig and Spencer from UO are friends, who knows.

 

Not in the same caliber in regards to popularity but a UO/NJ tour with FFAK supporting isn’t too far of a stretch.

 

The Ghost Inisde's "Fury and the Fallen Ones" album turns 10 this year. Highly doubt they tour but just throwing it out there

It better be ATB playing Rareform that would be insane!

Also The Way of All Flesh by Gojira and ObZen by Meshuggah both have anniversaries this year. I could see that being the two bands but I doubt Fit For A King would open that.

Well, that makes me incredibly uneasy...

 

Whitechapel is about to start their co-headliner with The Black Dahlia Murder in a few days. Given that they're playing This Is Exile in its entirety on this tour, I doubt they'd do a second leg in the fall with FFAK as support. Additionally, Veil of Maya will be on Summer Slaughter starting next month.

Out of this list, The Acacia Strain and After The Burial seem the most likely. TAS is doing a Continent tour soon, but just Canadian dates. After The Burial have been working on new material but could play Rareform and also play new stuff.

 

Revocation/Exhumed/Rivers of Nihil/Yautja date popped up for Richmond in September.

 

Good for Yautja if they're on that touring package. They deserve to be way bigger than they are.

 

The tour is November-December timeline. So Summer Slaughter wouldn't be a huge issue.
