Is that an in-store meet/greet type thing? If they did one on the date I’m seeing them I’d 100% take the day off and head to NH early for the chance to tell them what this album means to me. Gah!

 

This album keeps coming back around for me. When I think I'm tired of it, N O P E, I get back into it.

Finally got into this. Wow. "Rose-Colored Boy" is probably my favorite Paramore song.

 

I really wish the chorus of Pool was better, rest of that song is incredible

the chorus is better out of context of the rest of the song but it's just a totally different vibe, the rest of the song is pretty dark sounding and the chorus is much more uplifting. maybe it's the point but it didn't work for me. verses pretty easily the highlight of that song, the guitar is so cool in it

 

I get where you're coming from, the second verse is my favourite thing about that song and the bass is so groovy
The chorus was jarring for a while for me

 

i mean i don't think it's bad!!! i just think that song could have been easily my favorite on the album and instead it's in the rest of the pack

 

I don't hear the dissonance there, it sounds perfect to me. Pool is one of my favorites which says a lot on this album

 

I think pool’s one of the most consistent songs on the record. The most jarring chorus transition for me is Idle Worship, it’s like they pulled it from a completely different (and worse) song.

 

Idle Worship is one of the best songs on here. I don't see a problem with the chorus.

 

It’s actually one of my favorites too! I think the verses are fantastic, I just like it that much despite the chorus, not because of it.

 

i never in a million years expected them to write a song like idle worship/no friend, that's some crazy musicianship going on there

 

But, "Pool" is my favourite AL track!
