I still havent heard Hurley or Raditude but i will listen to them eventually

 

They’re both a lot of fun, with some awful songs sprinkled throughout.

 

I mean...they're each barely over a half an hour long...

Hurley is the most underrated record. Like that could sneak into my top 5 for them on any given day. "Ruling Me" "Trainwrecks" "Unspoken" "Run Away" and "Hang On" are all top tier Weezer songs

 

Weezer/Pixies/Wombats is a fun summer tour.

 

Don’t talk about Weezer until you’ve heard all their albums, bro

I was shocked by how much I enjoyed Death to False Metal. I was anticipating a bunch of throw away songs.

 

I would probably be going to this if The Wombats were at the Virginia date. I think they might be my AOTY so far. Such a fun record.

 

I really liked the Red album

 

I got into Weezer with Green and went to see them in concert without having heard their previous albums.

Their set was mostly Blue/Pinkerton stuff and I didn't know any of it and was super bummed.

I was an idiot.

Miss Sweeney might be a top 10 song.

 

Pinkerton > Blue > EWBAITE > White > Pacific Daydream > Maladroit > Red > Make Believe > Raditude > Green > Hurley

Gonna listen to them soon though and thanks for the reminder I thought those two were over an hour long each because Weezer is known to have long albums right?

 

Green has some highlights for sure but way too similar throughout. Too formulaic as well. “Hey, let’s have a guitar solo in each song that’s just the melody of the first verse”

Red would be insanely better if you replaced the 4 worst songs with the 4 bonus tracks
