I have 5 songs - 1 song is full band and the other 4 are just acoustic and vocals. I think I may cut the full band song for continuity.

It'll be your responsibility to upload your EP to your own bandcamp, soundcloud, or wherever. When you get it uploaded, send me the link to your EP, and I will make a list of them all on here.

 

Yeah, I may finish next week... definitely won't be done by Friday. I'll have a single ready at least.

 

Combo of writer's block and life getting in the way prevented me from being able to finish this. I have about nine guitar only demos. I was hoping I could get a more done, but I still I want to submit something, so I'll probably still submit a handful of those.

 

Wish I had more time on this, but oh well : /

I've gone ahead and submitted what I was able to get done. Only 4 and I feel like they're unfinished, but I hope someone enjoys them!

 

Spent 15 hours in my basement today doing writing and recording this thang. My I’m so prone to binging things instead of doing a little bit here and a little bit there, I don’t know. Really looking forward to hearing everyone’s songs, seeing everyone’s artwork, reading everyone’s titles, everything!

 

Wow, had completely mistaken the due date. I thought it was this sunday. Oh well I will probably have a single ready, but the rest of the songs wont be done until the weekend.

I felt hella inspired after I went to a few shows his weekend and was gonna do it after but I lost my voice. Prolly be done Sunday

 

Could I submit a song if my "EP" never makes it to Soundcloud? It's just a series of covers, anyway--videos I put up on FB and YouTube--so I'm honestly not really feeling it for this one since it seems like everyone else is doing originals.

 

the compilation i will be posting will be labelled as a "MIXTAPE: Originals" like we've done in the past, but if your "single" is a cover and you want to submit it to me, i can just mark it as being a cover. that's fine if one or two people need to do that.

 

Same here! I saw Jimmy Eat World two days ago and my voice has just started to get back to its normal self. :P

First I figured I was going to get the rest of the songs finished before creating a page, but maybe it is better to do like @elemenohpe and post one song and putting it as coming soon? Anybody else having thoughts about what would be the best way to go?
